Things to do in Newquay and Cornwall

Our hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Newquay on foot or the wider areas of Cornwall by car. Just a 2 minute walk from Tolcarne beach, forget the car, sit back and relax in Newquay.

There's plenty of other things to do. As well as fabulous beaches, Newquay has an award-winning Blue Reef Aquarium and Newquay Zoo. Just outside town is Trerice Manor, a fascinating National Trust-run Elizabethan house.

If you choose to explore Cornwall, again, Newquay is the ideal base. The famous Eden Project is just 30 minutes away. Other gardens including Trelissick, Glendurgan (both National Trust), Trebah and Heligan are within easy reach. Falmouth, with its National Maritime Museum, lively harbour and Pendennis castle, is a great day out. Within an hour, you can visit the coast of West Penwith, and St Ives.
